Ingredients

brewer’s yeast.

Preparation

  • Boil the chicken until cooked through along with the carrots to mash them.

02.Chicken, peas and oatmeal croquettes

Ingredients

50g chicken breast, one tablespoon of precooked peas, one egg, 1/2 cup of wheat flour, 1/2 cup of organic oatmeal, one tablespoon of olive oil, one teaspoon of turmeric

Preparation

Boil the chicken with water and crumble it. Mix the chicken, the previously cooked peas, the egg and the oil until a homogeneous mass is obtained.

Then add the flour, oats and turmeric and mix the dough vigorously. Leave the resulting dough in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.

Then, roll out the dough on a floured table and cut the croquettes as you like, using a cookie cutter if necessary.

Place the croquettes on an oiled, and floured baking sheet in the oven preheated to 180ºC for about 15 minutes (or until cooked through and lightly browned).

Let cool. It’s ready to serve!

03.Minced beef with parsley

Ingredients

50g beef, 20g potato, ¼ glass of milk, one bunch of parsley

Preparation

Peel and wash the potato. Cook it in a saucepan for 20 minutes. Mix it while pouring ¼ glass of water, then the milk.

Finely chop the parsley, then the beef—Cook the minced meat, stirring regularly.

04.Sardine fillets with asparagus

Ingredients

Two sardines in oil (tin), one can of asparagus, 20g of rice, one sprig of coriander

Preparation

Immerse the asparagus in a pot of salted boiling water. Cook for 12 minutes. Drain. Cook the rice for 10 minutes. Drain. Strip the cilantro.

05.Parsley tuna with corn

Ingredients

50g cat tuna, one bunch of parsley, ½ can of corn (40g), one teaspoon of wheat germ oil

Preparation

Cook the tuna in the court-bouillon with the parsley. Drain and rinse the corn under cold water. Mash it with a fork into a fine purée. Chop the parsley.
